Rabies | Distemper (FVRCP)  

  • Boarding Requirements

    Vaccines required for Boarding: Distemper (FVRCP), Rabies and Flea and Tick Prevention. 

  • Severely Shy or Difficult Cats

    Unfortunately we will not be able accept cats that can’t be handled by our staff.  If we can’t handle your cat we will not able to care for them properly.

  • Deposits

    A deposit of $50 is required for all reservations. Deposits are due at the time of the request (if accepted) for ALL reservations NO exceptions.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We require a 7-day notice when canceling your reservation in order to have paid deposits left as a credit on your account. Late cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited. There are NO REFUNDS.

  • Feeding Requirements

    Please bring your pet’s food that they usually get fed at home.  If you are bringing wet food please do not mix with dry before arrival. We will do that at each feeding. We require their usual food because switching your cat’s food while staying at the resort may cause stomach upset and/or diarrhea. 

  • Medication

    All staff will be trained to give oral and topical medications. Upon arrival, the medication(s) will be put into a pillbox to eliminate the confusion of when the pills should be given.


    We  CAN NOT accept Diabetic Pets.


  • General Information

    When you arrive a staff member will check over your cat for any signs of fleas. If any are found we will be administering medication at the owner’s expense. Please have your cat in a carrier upon arrival. You may bring small personal item(s) from home but please refrain from bringing any sentimental and expensive items since they may get destroyed. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

  • Emergency Situations

    In the case of an emergency, we will take your pet to Tuffs.  We will be asking you a couple of questions when you arrive on what you would like to do if such an emergency would arise that they need to be seen by the veterinarian.

  • Check in Policy

    Our daycare rush hour is between 7:00 am – 9:00 am. To be sure that our lodging guests are checked in properly and get the best possible service we start the check-ins at 9:00 am. Check-in between 7:00am & 9:00am is available for an extra $10.00 M-F.


    Check In Hours:

    Monday to Friday = 9:00am-12:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm

    Saturday = 10:00am-12:00pm and 5:00pm-6:00pm

    Sunday = 10:00am-12:00pm and 5:00pm-6:00pm

  • Check Out Policy

    The Valley uses the same charging system as hotels. With check out time always being by 12PM NOON. If your pet stays later than our 12 noon check out time (11am on weekends), you will be charged another daily rate. 


    Example:

    If you drop off your pet on Saturday at 10:00 am and pick him up on Sunday at 11:00 am, it is considered 1 day.

    If you drop off your pet on Saturday at 6:00 pm and pick him up on Sunday at 5:00 pm, it is considered 2 days.


    Check out Times:

    Monday to Friday = 9:00am-12:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm


    Saturday = 10:00am-12:00pm and 5:00pm-6:00pm


    Sunday = 10:00am-12:00pm and 5:00pm-6:00pm

  • Holiday Hours

    While we are here 365 days a year to take care of your pets, unlike other facilities, we have office hours almost every holiday as well for the exception of:


    Thanksgiving Day = Closed


    Christmas Eve = AM Hours Open, PM Hours Closed 


    Christmas Day = Closed


    Other Specific Holiday Hours:


    New Years Day: 10am-12pm, 5pm-6pm


    Memorial Day: 10am-12pm, 5pm-6pm


    July 4th: 10am-12pm, 5pm-6pm


    Labor Day: 10am-12pm, 5pm-6pm
